Indian Aloo Gobi Matar Recipe
A classic Indian vegetarian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, and peas.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 inch Ginger, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic, sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add potatoes, cauliflower, and peas. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
Cover and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
