Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add cubed potatoes and mix well with the spices.
  6. Add coconut milk and water as needed. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  7. Once the potatoes are cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
