Ingredients

  • 3 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add green peas and water. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Serve hot.
