A simple and delicious Indian dish made with potatoes and peas.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Green peas
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add diced potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add green peas and water. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Serve hot.
