Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Fenugreek leaves (Methi), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add diced potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add chopped fenugreek leaves and cook for another 10-15 minutes until potatoes are done.
  5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
