Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add diced potatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped fenugreek leaves and cook for another 10-15 minutes until potatoes are done.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
