Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add diced potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are half done.
  5. Add shredded cabbage, mix well, and cook until both potatoes and cabbage are tender.
  6. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
