Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds optional
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Water as needed to knead the dough
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, whole wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds, and red chili powder.
  2. 2. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the rolled-out dough circles until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
