Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, whole wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds, and red chili powder.
2. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the rolled-out dough circles until they puff up and turn golden brown.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
