Ingredients

  • 3 medium Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers diced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add diced potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add diced bell peppers and cook for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
