Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra (Bhindi) Washed and dried
- 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
1. Wash and dry the okra. Cut into thin slices.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
3. Add the sliced okra to the bowl and mix well to coat evenly.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the coated okra in batches until crispy and golden brown.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
