Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer crumbled
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another minute.
  8. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
