Indian Amritsari Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 grams Paneer crumbled
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with roti or paratha.
