Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Dried Apricots chopped
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Add turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Add chopped apricots and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
