Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Colocasia leaves
- 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- as needed Water
- for frying Oil
Wash and pat dry the colocasia leaves.
Mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip each leaf in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney.
