Indian Badam Milk (Almond Milk) Recipe
A delicious and nutritious almond milk drink, flavored with cardamom and saffron.

- 1 cup Almonds soaked overnight
- 4 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- A few strands Saffron optional
1. Soak almonds overnight. Peel them the next day.
2. Blend the almonds with a little milk to make a smooth paste.
3. Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan. Add the almond paste and stir well.
4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve hot or chilled.
