Main Ingredients
- 200 grams Paneer
- ½ cup Almonds soaked and peeled
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- ¼ cup Fresh Cream
1. Blend soaked and peeled almonds with milk to make a smooth paste.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for a minute.
4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
5. Add almond paste and cook for 5-7 minutes.
6. Add paneer cubes, garam masala, and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with naan or rice.
