Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • ½ cup Almonds soaked and peeled
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend soaked and peeled almonds with milk to make a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for a minute.
  4. 4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  5. 5. Add almond paste and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Add paneer cubes, garam masala, and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with naan or rice.
