  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken thighs for about 15 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
