Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Green beans chopped
  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 units Green chilies sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped green beans, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
  6. Add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
