Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoon Poppy seeds soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 pcs Green chilies slit
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grind the soaked poppy seeds into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the green chilies.
  3. 3. Add the cubed potatoes and turmeric powder. Sauté for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add the poppy seed paste and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are done.
  5. 5. Add salt to taste and mix well. Serve hot with rice.
