Indian Besan Bhindi Recipe
This is a delicious Indian recipe made with okra (bhindi) and gram flour (besan).

- 500 g Bhindi (Okra) washed and cut into pieces
- 4 tablespoon Besan (Gram Flour)
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once the seeds crackle, add the cut bhindi and sauté for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Sprinkle besan over the bhindi and mix well to coat evenly.
Cook on low flame for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bhindi is cooked and crispy.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
