Indian Besan Chilla Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
- ½ cup Water Adjust as needed
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small Green Chili, finely chopped Optional
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Oil For cooking
In a mixing bowl, add besan, water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook on medium heat until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
