Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add diced potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
