Indian Bhandare Wale Aloo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 pcs Tomatoes chopped
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a minute.
Add diced potatoes and mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
