Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra (Bhindi) washed and dried
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Spice Mix
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
- to taste Salt
1. Wash and dry the okra. Trim the ends and make a slit lengthwise without cutting through.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices and salt.
3. Stuff each okra with the spice mix.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the stuffed okra and cook, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly crispy.
5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
