Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Okra (Bhindi) washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Spice Mix

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry the okra. Trim the ends and make a slit lengthwise without cutting through.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices and salt.
  3. 3. Stuff each okra with the spice mix.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the stuffed okra and cook, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
