Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped bhindi (okra) and mix well. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the bhindi is cooked, add garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
