Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Bhindi (Okra) sliced
  • 2 cups Yogurt whisked
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds roasted and ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced bhindi until they are cooked and slightly crispy. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add the sautéed bhindi, roasted cumin powder, salt, and red chili powder (if using) to the yogurt. Mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
