- 500 g Bombay Duck (Bombil) fish cleaned and cut
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. Clean and cut the Bombay Duck fish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
3. Coat the fish pieces in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the fish pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
