Indian Broad Beans Curry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Indian broad beans
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. 
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. 
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft. 
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. 
- Add the broad beans and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the beans are tender. 
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes. 
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
