Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add gram flour (besan) and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
