Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Gram flour (Besan)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add gram flour (besan) and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
