Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. Stir well.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  6. Add broccoli florets and mix well to coat with the masala.
  7. Pour in coconut milk, season with salt and black pepper. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
