Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer cubed
  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once they splutter, add turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
