Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
