Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Green Peas fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and green peas. Stir well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
