Indian Cabbage Stir Fry with Coconut
A simple and delicious Indian cabbage stir fry with coconut. Perfect as a side dish or a light main course.

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 units Green Chilies sliced
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- to taste  Salt
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. 
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. 
- Add green chilies and asafoetida. Sauté for a minute. 
- Add shredded cabbage and salt. Stir well. 
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until cabbage is tender. 
- Add grated coconut. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. 
- Serve hot.
