Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 units Green Chilies sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add shredded cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
