Indian Cabbage Thoran
A simple and delicious South Indian stir-fry made with cabbage, coconut, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Grated Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 units Green Chilies sliced
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- to taste Salt
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
Add shredded cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add grated coconut and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.
