Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once cumin seeds splutter, add chopped capsicum and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add besan (gram flour) and mix well. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
