Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper), chopped
  • 1 cup Besan (Gram Flour)
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once cumin seeds splutter, add chopped capsicum and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add besan (gram flour) and mix well. Cook for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with roti or rice.
