Main Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 10-12 pieces cashew nuts
- 10-12 pieces almonds
- 10-12 pieces raisins
- 0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add grated carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add milk and cook on low flame until the milk evaporates.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cook until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, and raisins.
Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
