Indian Carrots Peas and Potatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, diced
- 2 cups peas
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- to taste salt
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add carrots and peas, cook for another 5 minutes.
Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
