Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 2 cups peas
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • to taste salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add carrots and peas, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
