Indian Cauliflower Bhurji
A delicious and easy-to-make Indian dish with spiced cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 medium Cauliflower finely chopped
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 large Tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the finely chopped cauliflower. Mix well and cook covered for 10-12 minutes.
Once the cauliflower is cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
