Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cauliflower finely chopped
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 large Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the finely chopped cauliflower. Mix well and cook covered for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Once the cauliflower is cooked, add garam masala and mix well.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
