Instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them splutter.
Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add crushed black pepper and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
