Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, let them splutter.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add crushed black pepper and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
