Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets and stir well.
  4. Sprinkle turmeric, garam masala, and salt over the cauliflower. Mix well to coat the florets with the spices.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
