Ingredients 

Dumplings

  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Curry

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 cups Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Boil water and salt in a pot. Add rice flour and mix well to form a dough. Let it cool.
  2. Knead the dough and make small dumplings.
  3. Heat oil in a pot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
  6. Add water and bring it to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
