  • 1 cup Chana Dal soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain the soaked chana dal completely.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Fry the chana dal in batches until golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove the fried chana dal with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine the fried chana dal, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  6. 6. Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
