Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole wheat or white
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables finely chopped (capsicum, onion, tomato, carrot)
  • 0.5 cup Grated Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Mix the chopped vegetables, grated cheese, chaat masala, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  4. 4. Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Heat a pan over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the pan. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.
