Indian Cheesy Vegetable Sandwich
A quick and tasty Indian-style sandwich loaded with veggies and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole wheat or white
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables finely chopped (capsicum, onion, tomato, carrot)
- 0.5 cup Grated Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Mix the chopped vegetables, grated cheese, chaat masala, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
4. Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
5. Heat a pan over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the pan. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.
