Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoons Chettinad Masala
  • 1 cup Tomato pureed
  • to taste Salt
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add Chettinad masala and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  7. Add coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
