Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken, boneless cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 handful Curry leaves for garnish
  • 1 cup Oil for deep frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cornflour, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, and yogurt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a deep pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces in batches and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove the fried chicken pieces and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  5. 5. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
