Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 4 pieces Roti
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro.
  5. 5. Warm the rotis on a pan or in the microwave.
  6. 6. Place a portion of the cooked chicken on each roti, top with the vegetable mixture, and roll up the roti.
  7. 7. Serve immediately.
