Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  4. Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  6. Pour in coconut milk and add chopped tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
