Indian Chicken Kolhapuri
A spicy and flavorful chicken dish from Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

Main Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup Onions finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Tomatoes pureed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoons Kolhapuri Masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves chopped
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, and Kolhapuri masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add water and salt. Cover and cook until chicken is done.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
