Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Onions finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Tomatoes pureed
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Kolhapuri Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, and Kolhapuri masala. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add water and salt. Cover and cook until chicken is done.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
