Indian Chicken Korma Recipe
A rich and creamy chicken curry with a blend of spices and yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken, boneless and cubed
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Stir well.
Add chicken cubes and cook until they are no longer pink.
Stir in yogurt and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
