Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken, boneless and cubed
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken cubes and cook until they are no longer pink.
  6. Stir in yogurt and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
