Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
1. Clean and pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill with oil.
5. Thread the marinated chicken drumsticks onto skewers and place them on the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and mint chutney.
