Indian Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 2 cups Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste Cilantro chopped, for garnish
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, paprika, and salt. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
3. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Pour in tomato puree and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
