Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, paprika, and salt.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
