Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanuts roasted and skinned
  • 1 cup Jaggery grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grease a tray with ghee and set aside.
  2. 2. In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt the ghee over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the grated jaggery and stir continuously until it melts and starts to bubble.
  4. 4. Add the roasted peanuts and mix well to coat them with the jaggery.
  5. 5. Quickly pour the mixture onto the greased tray and spread it evenly.
  6. 6. Allow it to cool slightly, then cut into pieces while still warm.
  7. 7. Let it cool completely before serving.
